From order completion to receiving the clothing, we hope every step is clear and reassuring.

The following explains LORVELL's shipping times, delivery methods, and free shipping conditions, making it easier for you to arrange receipt before placing an order.

1. Shipping and Delivery Time

Generally, items will be shipped within 1–3 days after order confirmation and completion of necessary payment or cash on delivery confirmation. Pre-sale items are excluded, and shipping arrangements are based on the product page indications.

For Taiwan

After shipping, it is expected to take 3–5 days for transportation, including preparation time, totaling approximately 4–8 days for delivery.

For Hong Kong

Items are shipped fromthe warehouse in mainland China. After shipping, it is expected to take 1–3 days for transportation, including preparation time, totaling approximately 2–6 days for delivery.

For cash on delivery orders, it is expected to take an additional 3 days beyond the above schedule.

For other open delivery areas

After shipping, it is expected to take 7–12 days for transportation, including preparation time, totaling approximately 8–15 days for delivery.

The above are estimated times and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to holidays, order volume during promotional periods, weather, customs clearance, or logistics arrangements. In case of significant delays, we will provide relevant information and assist in tracking once we are aware.

2. Delivery Methods in Taiwan

Home Delivery

is provided by Hsinchu Logisticsto the designated address.

Available payment methods:

• Cash on delivery.
• Online credit card payment.
• PayPal.

Please fill in the complete address and a contactable phone number to facilitate logistics arrangements for delivery.

7-ELEVEN/FamilyMart Pickup

Offers pickup at 7-ELEVEN and FamilyMart convenience stores.

Available payment methods:

• Payment on pickup.
• Online credit card payment.
• PayPal.

Please go to pick up before the deadline indicated in the delivery notification and follow the identity verification requirements of the store. Actual available stores, payment methods, and package restrictions are subject to the options provided on the checkout page.

Customs Duty Explanation

For orders in Taiwanthere is no need for buyers to pay customs duties separately. If you receive a related payment notification, please contact LORVELL customer service for confirmation.

3. Delivery to Hong Kong and Other Regions

Orders from Hong Kong are shipped from the mainland China warehouse, and the delivery methods and service areas are subject to what is displayed on the checkout page.

For other regions, whether delivery is available, the payment methods that can be used, and shipping costs should be confirmed at checkout. If there are import taxes or customs clearance requirements at the destination, the burden should be confirmed before purchase; customs arrangements in Taiwan do not automatically apply to other regions.

4. Free Shipping Explanation for Taiwan Orders

In Taiwana single order amounting to NT$1,499 (inclusive) or more after discounts is eligible for free shipping, and the shipping cost itself does not count towards the threshold.

Free shipping eligibility is calculated independently for each order:

• An order reaching NT$1,499 qualifies for free shipping.
• Multiple orders placed on the same day are not combined to calculate the free shipping threshold.
• If none of the individual orders reach the threshold, even if the total spending on that day exceeds NT$1,499, free shipping will still not apply.
• Shipping costs for orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will be clearly displayed before checkout.

Shipping costs and free shipping promotions for Hong Kong and other regions are subject to the options provided on the checkout page and the currently published promotional conditions.

5. Pre-sale Items

For the estimated shipping time of pre-sale items, please refer to the individual product page description.

If the same order contains both regular items and pre-sale items, please confirm before placing the order whether they will be shipped separately and if there are additional shipping costs. Relevant arrangements should be communicated in advance, and no additional fees will be added without consent after the order is placed.

If there are changes to the pre-sale schedule, we will provide updated information and assist in confirming subsequent arrangements.

6. Recipient Information and Delivery Issues

Before placing an order, please confirm that the recipient's name, phone number, address, or pickup store is correct. If modifications are needed, please contact customer service as soon as possible; once the package is shipped, whether changes can be made will depend on the logistics processing progress.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, inability to contact, or failure to pick up in time, we will first confirm with you whether to reship or take other actions. If reasonable and legally chargeable fees are involved, they will be explained in advance and will not be directly deducted.

If a package is not delivered within the expected time, or if it arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect products, please contact us for assistance. Photos and package information are helpful for tracking, but a complete unboxing video is not the only condition for processing.

This policy does not affect your rights to cancel orders, return items, request refunds, and other rights under applicable laws.
